The Brasserie: Located right on the water's edge overlooking the pool and the lagoon, the all day menu features a variety of dishes with an emphasis on fresh local produce. Open daily for breakfast, and all day dining from 11.30am - 9.30pm.
Mal's Bar: Situated in the pool area overlooking the beach and lagoon, Mal's Bar is a great place to strike up a conversation with fellow guests and Cook Islands staff. The bar opens at 10.00am and closes at midnight (later on Friday nights if requested) and serves an extensive selection of fine Australian and New Zealand wines, local and imported beers and spirits.
The Spaghetti House: Open daily for dinner, the Spaghetti House is the most popular place on Rarotonga for pizza, pasta and other authentic Italian cuisine. Casual dining in air-conditioned comfort, the Spaghetti House is perfect for a light meal or a relaxing dinner.

Cultural Activities: Join in the fun with the activities staff in a variety of traditional and not so traditional Polynesian activities including coconut husking, tree climbing, coconut weaving and pareu tying. Prepare yourself for Island Night by learning about traditional Cook Island Maori costumes, making your own head and neck floral leis and practising your island instrument playing and dancing.
